Having spent the earliest years of his career working within the financial services space for Deloitte and IDT Europe, Ben spent 12 years at John Lewis where he led a variety of Ecommerce and Marketing teams during the hypergrowth period of johnlewis.com. Three years ago Ben joined Volvo to nurture and grow their direct to consumer subscriptions division in the UK. He then looked after the Consumer Experience team and since April 2023 has been responsible for Ecommerce within direct to consumer Volvo markets as part of the global transformation plan.
