Heather Floyd started her career chasing dreams of being a fashion magazine editor, but those ambitions evolved into leading digital marketing and eCommerce. Heather has worked across various sectors, including nonprofits, B2B, and B2C companies in publishing, healthcare, financial payments, manufacturing, and retail. She has worked for companies like Fruit of the Loom leading Russell Athletic’s digital marketing strategy and eCommerce business as well as VF Corporation’s Workwear division taking two of its B2B brands direct-to-consumer (DTC). She currently works for Gap Inc. focused on implementing new MADTech and being a steward to drive digital marketing initiatives across the Gap Inc. portfolio. Heather earned her B.A. in journalism and art from the University of Mississippi, her M.S. in mass communication from Middle Tennessee State University, and just recently her M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. Heather lives in Nashville, TN with her husband, two boys (8 & 6), and Labrador retriever.
