Marissa Roge is a dynamic, innovative, and highly skilled supply chain professional with accomplishments across multiple industries. She currently serves as the Director of Supply Chain for 3Z Brands, specializing in supply chain management, manufacturing, analytics, and eCommerce for a portfolio of direct-to-consumer mattress brands.

In her role at 3Z, Marissa is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain, including new product introduction, procurement, bill-of-materials, planning, transportation, and master data management. She has built and established the company’s robust operations team and plays a key role in developing strategic supplier relations across several facets of business.

Before joining 3Z Brands, Marissa served as the Materials Program Manager for Katerra where she managed supply chain projects across the company. Most notably, she led a cross-functional team that created an all-new process for product life-cycle management. Her previous stops include FacilitySource (CBRE) and C.H. Robinson.

Marissa is a graduate of Arizona State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. She is a proud member of the Junior League of Phoenix, a women’s volunteer organization that focuses on empowering women and girls to be academically and financially successful.
