Omnia provides a better way to shop for fishing tackle, where anglers can discover just the right gear based on their target species and body of water. As Head of Marketing, Matt's team helps to tell the story of how knowledge from local anglers can be combined with data science to deliver ultra precise recommendations, online and in the Omnia Fishing app.

Prior to joining Omnia, Matt served as Marketing Director at HomeSpotter, a software start up providing white label mobile apps to the real estate industry which was acquired in 2021. To capture market share, Matt helped lead a growth team that focused on agent activation in a test-measure-optimize framework.

All told, he has 20 years of experience studying persuasion through entrepreneurship, tele-sales and marketing management. When he's not pursuing marketing attribution utopia at work, he can be found running on Minnesota trails or manufacturing reasons that the Vikes really could win the big one, someday.
