Mike Dawson is the Vice President of Operations and IT at Welly. Mike joined the Welly team pre-revenue back in 2019 and has helped scale Welly’s global supply chain and IT infrastructure to expand the business into over 45K doors of retail distribution across the US and develop a successful e-commerce business. Prior to joining Welly, Mike worked in a variety of roles across brand marketing and merchandising at Land O’Lakes and Target. Mike received his BA in Economics and Finance from St. Olaf College and his MBA from the University of Minnesota.

In his free time, Mike loves traveling and learning about other cultures. He is especially interested in learning about the foods that bring people together across different parts of the globe. Mike is also a coffee enthusiast and is always open to grabbing a cup and talking about different business ideas!
