Philip McHugh is a thirty year banking and payments leader having managed scaled businesses across the globe including Brazl, the UK, Europe, Africa, and the United States. Prior roles include CEO of Payments for Barclays Bank, President and EVP of TSYS Merchant Solutions, and CEO of Paysafe. The latter role included listing the company on the NYSE as one of the largest gaming and gambling payments platforms in the world. Since leaving Paysafe, Philip has joined FlexCharge from its inception with the goal to create a global platform that helps merchants reduce payment declines and drive material increases in sales.
